Preparing yourself for the study of God’s Word
Before we begin, if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ (that is— you have believed in Him for eternal life), it is important to prepare yourself to take-in God’s Word or participating in a Communion Service, so take a moment to name, cite or acknowledge your unconfessed sins privately directly to God the Father. This will assure that you are in fellowship with God the Father and the Holy Spirit’s convicting ministry, also called the convincing ministry will then be able to teach you as the Holy Spirit is the real teacher and the pastor’s message is the vehicle the Holy Spirit uses to convince you what you are learning is true or not.
1 John 1:9, says—“If we confess (simply name, cite or acknowledge to God the Father] our sins [known sins], He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins [known sins] and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness [all unknown and forgotten sins];” NKJV (New King James Version); we call this REBOUND, read the full doctrine as to “why” we need to use 1 John 1:9 to grow spiritually. REBOUND
If you have never personally believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior (that is, believed in Him for eternal life>), the issue for you is not to name your sins to God; the issue for you is to believe by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone for eternal life and you will be saved the very second you believe in Him:
John 6:47 says: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me [Jesus Christ] has everlasting life.” NKJV
Notice again what John 6:47 says, “he who believes in Me [Jesus Christ] has everlasting life.” It doesn’t say, “will have”; it says, “has.” Therefore, the very moment you believe Jesus Christ’s promise of everlasting life, you have it (it’s really just that simple), and it can never be lost or taken away from you (John 10:28-29). Furthermore, the gift of everlasting life (also called eternal life in scripture) is available to every human being; there are absolutely no exceptions.
John 3:14-18 says: “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” NKJV
Let us now bow our hearts and take a moment to prepare for learning God’s Word, if there is any known sin in your life, this is the time to just cite it privately to God the Father with your thoughts directed towards Him. With your head bowed and your eyes closed, you have total privacy in your mind and soul:

Those were the mighty men who were of old, men (woman) of renown – refers to many of the Greek and Egyptian gods or goddesses.
Most of you know and understand the “Doctrine of Numerology” which is the study of numbers as they are used in the Bible.
The number 8, as it is used in the “Word of God,” signifies Resurrection and Regeneration and it also represents the number of a “New Beginning” or a “New Era” or that of a “New Order.”
The key word is the word “NEW” which signifies that something new is made superior to what it succeeds; or, to bring all things into a new and better condition, Rev 21:1-5.
Were there Sea monsters?
Were there Sea serpents?
What about demons?
Were there demons under water?
Are they confined to the waters below us or in the middle of the earth underneath us?
Do you believe that the power of the Sea can confine all creatures who rebelled against God? Of course, especially when He possesses omnipotence.
Were there Nephilim? (Gen 6:1-4).
What about the fallen angels?
It is that phrase Those were the mighty men who were of old, men (woman) of renown — refers to many of the Greek and Egyptian gods or goddesses.
This special category of fallen angels are called Beni ha Elohim in the Hebrew, translated “sons of god” and it refers to certain demons and fallen angels.
They are non-operation at the present time and they have been put into what can be known as the ACI, the angelic correctional institution.
Tartarus – 2Pe 2:4 “For God did not spare the angels when they sinned [Gen 6:2] but incarcerated them in Tartarus with chains of thick darkness, he delivered them over to judgment, being constantly guarded.”
Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown refer to the Egyptian and the Greek gods and goddesses.
Some of the Greek and Egyptian gods or goddesses are also half angelic and half -humanity such as some of the gods or goddesses that were born to the beautiful women in the ancient world; Gen 6:1-4.
Some off these gods or goddesses that follow are very important principles concerning the power and the reputation of those mighty men and women who were renown.
Venus — Goddess of love and beauty.
Apollo – God of the sun, music, healing, and herding.
Dionysus – God of wine and pleasure.
Eros (Cupid) — God of love, procreation and sexual desire.
Hades — (Pluto) God of the Dead, King of the Underworld.
Heracles — (Hercules) An immortal hero of many Greek legends, the strongest man on Earth.
Iris — Goddess of rainbows.
Nemesis – Goddess of retribution (vengeance).
Nike — Goddess of victory.
Tartarus — God of the depths of the Underworld
Thanatos — God of death.
Zeus (Jupiter) Leader of the Olympic gods, and god of lightning, thunder, and the heavens.
Many of the Greek gods and goddesses are real, but they can also refer to either evil or a “Master Demon imitating the Divine.”
Zeus was the most powerful of the Greek gods and His most famous power is the ability to throw lightning bolts. His winged horse Pegasus carried his lightning bolts and he trained an eagle to retrieve them.
Were Nephilim there?
What about the fallen angels?
Were there UFOs, sometimes referred to as USOs (Unidentified Submerged Objects) or UUOs (Unidentified Underwater Objects), all identified with certain sightings of strange lights.
Jn 13:34 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
1. It was used in the ancient world for business transactions or business contracts. In the ancient world, signet rings were placed over wax and the transaction was finished.
2. Sphragizo or the seal was also used for a sign of ownership upon horses and chariots. It was a sign or a seal of ownership!
3. Sphragizo was also used for a signature for cashing checks. All you had to do was put your seal or signet on paper.
4. Sealing was also used to protect something that was valuable like a treasury or library = the kings seal would be placed upon the treasury and the library to indicate the protection and security of what was inside.
5. It was used to seal fruit as a sign of approval. The last thing to be done before delivery was the sealing and the sealing of the Holy Spirit is God’s stamp of approval.
You can’t understand the filling of the Spirit controls the heart and is given by God as a pledge or down payment of better things to come.
You can’t understand that the ministry of the Spirit is given the way that it is unless you have the appropriate doctrine in your soul.
Eph 1:13 “In Whom also, when you heard [common grace] the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation, in whom also, when you believed, you were sealed by the Holy Spirit with reference to the promise.”
Signet rings were placed over wax and the transaction was finished.
Sealing as a signature was used as a guarantee of transactions, authentication of invoices, contracts, laws, directives, orders, policies of kings or rules.
In the spiritual realm, the sealing of the Spirit is God’s final stamp of approval.
The work for salvation is totally finished according to as Jn 17:4, 19:30.
Jn 17:4 “I glorified Thee on the earth, having accomplished the work which Thou hast given Me to do.
Jn 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head, and gave up His spirit.
Mal 3:6 “For I, the Lord, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed. We change toward him but he never changes toward us.
1Sa 15:29 “And also the Glory of Israel will not lie or change His mind; for He is not a man that He should change His mind.”
2. Also, as I mentioned Sphragizo or the seal was also used for a sign of ownership upon horses and chariots.
The sealing of tombs, libraries, treasuries indicated ownership.
1Co 6:19-20, Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore, glorify God in your body.

Mal 3:17 “We [born-again Jews and gentiles] are His jewels”
Isa 62:3 “We [true Israel-church] are His crown of glory”
As believers in the Church-age, we are His children, His sons, His heirs, royal priests, ambassadors etc.
5. It was used to seal fruit as a sign of approval.
He has presented us “a glorious church” in Eph 5:27, Not having spot or wrinkle.
God drew up the contract and all we did was signed on the dotted line when we believed!
Since sealing was used in the ratification of treaties, it becomes analogous to the doctrine of reconciliation, in which man is reconciled to God through the death of His son.
Eph 4:30 “Do not grieve the Holy Spirit, by Whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.”
“sealed for the day of redemption” (Eph 4:30) means every believer, through the signature guarantee of the Holy Spirit at salvation, is guaranteed eternal security, whether he is a winner or loser in the PPOG [predesigned plan of God].
The soul is redeemed in salvation, but the body is redeemed in resurrection.
The day of redemption is the Rapture of the Church.
There are two guarantees of our portfolio of invisible assets: The sealing ministry of the Holy Spirit at salvation and the indwelling of Christ as the Shekinah glory.
Doctrine distinguishes believers from the past and believers in the Millennium from Church age believers is that Church-age believers are “in Christ.”
Our condition is what we are in our Christian walk as we develop from infancy to maturity.
Although our position remains immutable and unchangeable our condition varies.
Understanding your position can change your condition, but your condition can never change your position, this is taught in Rom 8:38-39.
When we concentrate upon our condition we are not living by faith but by feelings and appearances.
The inevitable result of concentrating on your condition is that you become increasingly self-conscious and self-centered and enter into subjectivity.
Our main concern is to concentrate upon the condition of TLJC and not our own.
Jn 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
This is when growth develops, and our Lord becomes manifested more and more in our condition.
If a believer does not know of his position in Christ he will struggle in his condition rather than rest in his position in Christ.
Believers are more aware of their condition than their position.
Prin-It is “faith” in the doctrines of our position that gives us the momentum and the divine energy to grow in our condition.
If the believer is not clearly aware of the specific doctrines concerning his position then he cannot exercise the necessary “faith” for growth and service.
We live in our position not by attempting to get into it but simply by seeing that we are already positioned in Christ.
Faith toward our position will bring growth in our condition.
Our justification is based upon the fact that we are “in” Christ; Rom 8:29.
The main reason why the kingdom of darkness wants to blind your mind from the truth behind positional truth is to wear down the saints; Dan 7:25.
1. Eternal life, 1Jo 5:11 12.
2. Perfect righteousness, 2Co 5:21.
3. Election, Eph 1:4.
4. Destiny, Eph 1:5.
5. Sonship, 2Ti 2:1.
6. Heirship, Rom 8:16 17.
7. Sanctification, 1Co 1:2.
8. Priesthood, HEB 10:10 14.
9. Royalty (kingship), 2Pe 1:11.
Satan knows that if a believer does not know of his position in Christ he will struggle in his condition.
Believers are more aware of their condition than their position. This is the reason for so much failure and stagnation in the Christian life.
It is “having faith” in the doctrines of our position that gives us the momentum and the divine energy to grow in our condition.
Prin-Faith toward our position will bring growth in our condition.
Even our justification must be according to positional truth. This is because our justification is based upon the fact that we are “in” Christ.
We receive justification in Christ by faith in His word, which means that it is a “fact” which we must believe.
Our justification has nothing to do with our condition but everything to do with our position.
If we are at peace because of our justified position, our spiritual condition will be affected.
Positional truth therefore is related to our acceptance with God.
The believer who is not aware of his position of acceptance “in Christ” is caught up in the struggle to improve his condition in order to feel accepted by God.
Instead of life bringing forth service, service becomes the life.
As long as the believer serves and hustles around for God, he’s happy and he feels accepted….
The problem many have is that they are seeking to “do things” for God rather than discovering who they are “in Christ.”
What the subjective condition-centered believer does not realize is Jn 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
God is actually causing this shattering revelation of self.
He takes us into situations and relationships that finally cause us to face up to the fact that we are simply failures as Christians.
Our nothingness, our total unacceptability in ourselves, becomes magnified.
Can the believer rest in his position of complete acceptance in TLJC or will he place himself upon a works program.
To abide “in Christ” and to consent to be loved while unworthy is the believer’s personal privilege, personal responsibility, and personal obligation.
