Hymn #2
Preparing yourself for the study of God’s Word
Before we begin, if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ (that is— you have trusted in Him for eternal life), it is important to prepare yourself to take-in God’s Word or participating in a Communion Service, so take a moment to name, cite or acknowledge your sins privately directly to God the Father. This will assure that you are in fellowship with God the Father and the Holy Spirit’s convicting ministry, also called the convincing ministry will then be able to teach you as the Holy Spirit is the real teacher and the pastor’s message is the vehicle the Holy Spirit uses to convince you what you are learning is true or not.
1 John 1:9 says—“If we confess [simply name, cite or acknowledge to God the Father] our sins [known sins], He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins [known sins] and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness [all unknown and forgotten sins];” NKJV (New King James Version); we call this REBOUND, read the full doctrine as to “why” we need to use 1 John 1:9 to grow spiritually. REBOUND
If you have never personally believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior (
that is, believed in Him for eternal life), the issue for you is not to name your sins to God; the issue for you is to believe by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone for eternal life and you will be saved the very second you believe in Him:
John 6:47 says: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me [Jesus Christ] has everlasting life.” NKJV
Notice again what John 6:47 says,
“he who believes in Me [
Jesus Christ]
has everlasting life.” It doesn’t say, “will have”; it says, “
has.” Therefore, the very moment you believe Jesus Christ’s promise of everlasting life, you have it (
it’s really just that simple), and it can never be lost or taken away from you (
John 10:28-29). Furthermore, the gift of everlasting life (
also called eternal life in scripture) is available to every human being; there are absolutely no exceptions.
John 3:14-18 says: “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” NKJV
Let us now bow our hearts and take a moment to prepare for learning God’s Word, if there is any known sin in your life, this is the time to just cite it privately to God the Father with your thoughts directed towards Him. With your head bowed and your eyes closed, you have total privacy in your mind and soul:
Our Pastor-Teacher is:
This ministry is non-denominational and is dedicated to
teaching the Word of God from the original languages and
making it available at no charge throughout the world.

NOTES
Unlike the bible study, these notes are not just for reading without watching the video. These notes are more designed to follow along during the sermon and to bring up the “hover pop-up scripture references” (some websites may require to left click the link, if that doesn’t work then look them up in your Bible) when the Pastor asks everyone to turn to that passage in their bibles.
Sermon: Job Rejects the Authority of the LORD
In Job 40, the Lord begins to question Job and rebuke him for rejecting the authority of the Lord over him as he begins to reveal the danger of rebellion and rejection of that authority.
In verse 2, notice that Job was questioned by the Lord for rejecting the authority of God over him by murmuring and complaining about the plan of God for his life.
1sa 15:23 “For rebellion is as the sin of divination or witchcraft, and insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He has also rejected you from being king.”
This was a very serious indictment and accusation concerning Job for rejecting the authority of God for his life which was manifested by rejecting God’s plan for your life.
First, the Lord calls Job a faultfinder who is always looking out for #1 (himself) while rejecting the authority of God and failing to execute God’s plan for Job’s life.
In Job’s case this was to make Job realize that the reason that he flunked this part of the test is because he questioned the authority of God.
Who was the first one to try and cause us to question God?
It was the devil in the garden disguised as a serpent in Gen 3:1.
Job is now getting the “grace perspective” which is no illusions about himself and a willingness and desire to accept the authority of the Lord over His life.
When a person gets the grace perspective of life he will say to the Lord as Jacob said in Gen 32:10 “I am unworthy of all the lovingkindness and of all the faithfulness which You have shown to Your servant.”
Jacob was thanking the Lord for His lovingkindnesses which is His grace and for the Lord’s faithfulness which gave Jacob the “grace perspective” on the love God has for us.
When a person gets the grace perspective in life he will not criticize and judge and complain but he will say to the Lord as the tax-collector said.
Spiritual believers recognize their need for mercy as it relates to forgiveness and their love toward God.
1Ti 1:15 It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all.
Paul recognized the grace and mercy that the Lord gave him even though he had been a murderer.
Little did Saul, the apostle Paul, realize how evil he was and therefore he needed to experience the doctrine of “positional truth” which is why our Lord said when asked “who He was?”
Many times failure causes individuals to get the wrong perspective of life as the prodigal son did in Luk 15:19.
Luk 15:19, “I am no longer worthy to be called your son [we were never worthy to be called God’s children]; make me as one of your hired men.”
“I will lay my hand on my mouth” would be one of the greatest things that could ever happen to Christianity today.
.
That is the whole issue behind Job’s complaint, condemning God so that he could justify himself when he accuses the Lord wrongly!
Job had been rejecting the authority of the Lord and notice how Job is fighting against the plan of God for his life.
Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job, and that man was blameless, upright, fearing God, and turning away from evil.
Please notice what God mentions in these two verses, He doesn’t even bother with immorality, He mentions only arrogance which is the sin of morality or moral degeneracy.
Job couldn’t even humble his three proud friends.
He is now getting the “grace perspective” which is no illusions about himself.
Having the grace perspective means that there will be times of failure which causes individuals to get the “wrong perspective” of life as the prodigal son did in Luk 15:19.
Luk 15:19 “I am no longer worthy to be called your son [we were never worthy to be called God’s children]; make me as one of your hired men.”
We also need to note the laws of evidence that is found in the Mosaic Law as it applies to the divine law in the angelic conflict.
Deut 19:15 “A single witness shall not rise up against a man on account of any iniquity or any sin which he has committed; on the evidence of two or three witnesses a matter shall be confirmed.
In Matt 18:16 “But if he does not listen {to you,} take one or two more with you, so that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every fact may be confirmed.
2Co 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. Every fact is to be confirmed by the testimony of two or three witnesses.
The laws of evidence, as they are found throughout the Bible, say that there must always be at least two witnesses in any trial.
Anyone can say anything about anyone and someone will always believe it.
Mark 4:24 “Take care what you listen to.
Luk 8:18 “Be careful how you listen;”
John 7:24 “Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.”
Isa 11:3 And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make a decision by what His ears hear;
Three witnesses in the Church-age:
(1) TLJC [The Lord Jesus Christ];
(2) The invisible hero;
(3) Christian marriage.
Just like TLJC and the winner believer is tested and interrogated separately, so marriage will be tested and interrogated separately as well.
You don’t need a third witness but the Lord allowed the third witness to be brought in to give even more credibility to the false accusations being made against Him.
Prov 24:5 A wise man is strong, And a man of knowledge increases power.
When that information is the metabolized mind or thinking of Jesus Christ, and the special spiritual intelligence required for our victory, then we will have made available to us everything we need to understand and combat the situation.
Our warfare in the spiritual life is neither physical nor fleshly; it is spiritual and therefore in the mentality of our soul, especially the heart.
The Lord has provided information whereby we can use our thinking of divine viewpoint as a basis of advancing in the spiritual life and handling any of the outside pressures that would come our way.
“the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh” = it refers to the fact that our weapons are not based upon a system of human viewpoint like defense mechanisms.
ochuromaton which is a hapax legomena and it means arguments and reasonings one uses to defend themselves, that’s why it’s translated fortresses and therefore a perfect description of defense mechanisms.
Defense mechanisms can resist all attacks of human viewpoint, human ability, human power; but God has provided in grace divine equipment and weapons to demolish these defense mechanisms in the soul.
What are these weapons that allow us to launch an attack against defense mechanisms in the soul? Thoughts!
The factor that motivates, empowers and strengthens a believer is his thought pattern!
The believer with doctrine in the right lobe has divine viewpoint on the launching pad ready for application in order to assault any defense system in this intensified stage of the angelic conflict.
2Co 10:5 destroying or assaulting and demolishing with Bible doctrine speculations [cosmic thinking or human viewpoint thinking] and every obstacle of arrogance against the knowledge of God;
and taking every thought or making a prisoner of every thought [contrary to the will of God] to the obedience of Christ;
Any thoughts that you have which are not the thoughts of our Lord Jesus Christ must be taken prisoner or captive and pushed aside.
The reason why you are to take the thoughts captive or as a prisoner is simply because you are not to share these thoughts with others or allow these thoughts the freedom to go elsewhere.
The King James translation call this cockatrice eggs, which refers to
negative thoughts perverting the soul.
Isa 1:5-6, The whole head is sick, And the whole heart is faint. From the sole of the foot even to the head There is nothing sound in it,
Jer 17:9 “The heart is more deceitful than all else And is desperately sick; Who can understand it?”
We are to take every thought or making a prisoner of every thought [contrary to the will of God] to the obedience of Christ;
2Co 10:6 And we are ready to punish [this is the result of having metabolized doctrine as an instant reaction force in your soul] all disobedience or deviation from truth, whenever your obedience is complete….or when you continue in your perception, metabolization and application of Bible doctrine.
You can only capture erroneous thinking and supersede it with correct thinking by metabolizing Bible doctrine.
This spiritual intelligence which was once classified information, concealed and restricted from both angels and mankind, is what the Bible now calls a mystery.
It was such a mystery that even the elect and fallen angels had to be taught this mystery by the church and they either responded or reacted.
Angels rejoice – Luk 15:7 “I tell you that in the same way, there will be {more} joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety nine righteous persons who need no repentance.
In the dispensation of the Hypostatic Union, angels observed every part of the first advent and incarnation of our Lord, 1Ti 3:16 which says that He was “Beheld by angels.”
1Co 4:9 For, I think, God has exhibited us apostles last of all, as men condemned to death; because we have become a spectacle to the world, both to angels and to men.
Eph 3:10 in order that the multi faceted or many-sides of the wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.
1Ti 5:21 I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of His chosen angels, to maintain these principles without bias, doing nothing in a spirit of partiality.
We are also told that even the fallen angels desire to look into the things God has graciously given the Church-age.
Matt 18:10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you, that their angels in heaven continually behold the face of My Father who is in heaven.
Luk 16:22 “Now it came about that the poor man died and he was carried away by the angels to Abraham’s bosom; 1Co 11:10 – angels observe the attitude that the woman has toward her husband and the symbol of authority that it represents.
This rejection of legitimate authority was the first sin committed in the garden of Eden.
Prin: There are always reasons why people throw in the towel and quit on their commitment and dedication and devotion to the PPOG.
Many times people quit because they lack the discipline needed to continue and to be successful.
For the invisible hero of the Church-age, it is the second most important witness in the appeal trial of Satan NOT Christian marriage.
It only remains secret to willful ignorance on the part of believers in Jesus Christ; 2Pe 3:5.
For if a believer desires to know the truth about any biblical subject, it will be revealed to that person, John 7:17, Jer 29:13.
John 7:17 “If any man is willing to do His will, he shall know of the teaching, whether it is of God, or whether I speak from Myself.
1Co 4:1 Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
This verse reveals very seriously with the communication of that classified information.
The most powerful thing in all the Bible is Throne Words.
The only way mystery doctrine gets across is through the exegesis of the New Testament Epistles and the mystery doctrine given to the Church-age believer.
The born again believer in the Church-age who reaches spiritual maturity and then passes the most serious undeserved suffering can endure all things through Acts 1:8; Heb 4:12; Phi 4:13.
