Hymn #1

Hymn #2

Preparing yourself for the study of God’s Word

Before we begin, if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ (that is— you have trusted in Him for eternal life), it is important to prepare yourself to take-in God’s Word or participating in a Communion Service, so take a moment to name, cite or acknowledge your sins privately directly to God the Father. This will assure that you are in fellowship with God the Father and the Holy Spirit’s convicting ministry, also called the convincing ministry will then be able to teach you as the Holy Spirit is the real teacher and the pastor’s message is the vehicle the Holy Spirit uses to convince you what you are learning is true or not.

1 John 1:9 says—“If we confess [simply name, cite or acknowledge to God the Father] our sins [known sins], He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins [known sins] and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness [all unknown and forgotten sins].” NKJV (New King James Version)

If you have never personally believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior (that is, believed in Him for eternal life), the issue for you is not to name your sins to God; the issue for you is to believe by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone for eternal life and you will be saved the very second you believe in Him:

John 6:47 says: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me [Jesus Christ] has everlasting life.” NKJV

Notice again what John 6:47 says, “he who believes in Me [Jesus Christ] has everlasting life.” It doesn’t say, “will have”; it says, “has.” Therefore, the very moment you believe Jesus Christ’s promise of everlasting life, you have it (it’s really just that simple), and it can never be lost or taken away from you (John 10:28-29). Furthermore, the gift of everlasting life (also called eternal life in scripture) is available to every human being; there are absolutely no exceptions.

John 3:14-18 says: “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” NKJV

Let us now bow our hearts and take a moment to prepare for learning God’s Word, if there is any known sin in your life, this is the time to just cite it privately to God the Father with your thoughts directed towards Him. With your head bowed and your eyes closed, you have total privacy in your mind and soul:

NOTES
Unlike the bible study, these notes are not just for reading without watching the video. These notes are more designed to follow along during the sermon and to bring up the “hover pop-up scripture references” (some websites may require to left click the link, if that doesn’t work then look them up in your Bible) when the Pastor asks everyone to turn to that passage in their bibles.

The Mosaic Law. The Importance of Freedom and Privacy.

1. Codex I – Freedom Code; the Decalogue or Ten Commandments.

2. Codex II – Spiritual Code; which includes the complete shadow presentation of Christ and His saving work.

3. Codex III – Establishment Code; civil statues of Israel.

The first five commandments declare the principle of spirituality or the possibility of establishing a relationship with God; the last five apply to man’s relationship toward his fellow man.

The First Five say in effect:

1. You shall have no other gods before Me.

2. You shall make no idols.

3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.

4. Keep the Sabbath day holy.

5, Honor your father and your mother.

The last five apply to man’s relationship toward his fellow man.

1. You shall not murder.

2. You shall not commit adultery.

3. You shall not steal.

4. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

5. You shall not covet.

Prov 14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a disgrace to any people.

First of all, we had the concept of Privacy and Private Property.

Privacy is a state of being apart from the observation and company of others. It is the natural right of the human race to isolation and seclusion.

It is that principle of freedom whereby an individual of the human race has the right to retire from the company of others, remaining in seclusion from the knowledge or observation of others.

Privacy, property, and life are the basic concepts of happiness and freedom.

The laws of divine establishment, such as freedom, marriage, family, and your patriotism, guarantee the privacy of every member of the human race so that they can exercise their freedom un-coerced.

In addition to freedom and establishment, every believer has additional privacy from his Royal Priesthood to fulfill the principle of living his life as unto the Lord.

You are called a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession.

Violation of privacy is similar to violations of other freedoms.

Freedom means you have the right to live your life, have your privacy and enjoy your property.

The principle of life is violated by murder, slavery, and tyranny.

Property is violated by stealing.

Every time you stick your nose into someone else’s business or malign them, you have violated their privacy.

1Pe 4:15 “By no means let any of you suffer as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler [which is a busybody or one who violates the privacy of others].”

Intrusion into the privacy of someone else is compared to stealing and murder.

There is the importance of the concept of Right Man and Right Woman. Divine Institutions #2 and #3, Marriage and Family, are protected by the principles in the Decalogue.

The pattern of the right man for the right woman was established at the creation of man, Gen 2:21-25; Prov 18:22; 1Co 7:17; Ecc 9:9.

Prov 18:22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the Lord.

Ecc 9:9 Enjoy life with the woman whom you love all the days of your fleeting life which He has given to you under the sun; for this is your reward in life, and in your toil in which you have labored under the sun.

1Co 7:17 Only, as the Lord has assigned to each one, as God has called each, in this manner let him walk. And thus I direct in all the churches.

Under the first mention principle, when you establish precedent, it is to show that this is a firm established principle from the beginning of time to the end of human history.

Prin-Marital problems are no one else’s business except those involved in the marriage.

Cleave is dabaq and it refers to the perfect sex that the right man can have with the right woman, it literally means the two bodies being joined together through the sexual organs.

Sex was designed for recreation for right man and right woman and no one else.

Prin-The right man and the right woman can be naked together and are not ashamed or embarrassed of each others’ body if you are in love with their soul.

1Co 7:9 But if they do not have self control, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn.

The burning is soul-compatibility not physical lust…..though that does not negate the physical attraction of the man toward the woman and vice-versa.

1. Your Freedom

2. Your choice in the opposite Sex

3. Your responsibility as a parent.

1Ti 5:8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.

Prin-The original marriage ceremony was sex.

One of the roles of the best man in the ancient world was to listen at the bedroom door of the bride and groom for certain sounds saying that the marriage was now consummated.

Unless a person is abnormal it is impossible for a person to be indifferent to himself.

1Co 7:17 The Lord has assigned to each one,

What about the woman, is she commanded to love the man?
No!

Col 3:19 Husbands, love your wives, and do not be bitter against them.

According to the average marital counselor, it seems to be an unwritten principle of truth, males have a much more difficulty in passing the test of unfaithfulness against them than the females do.

Respect is the pres-mid-subj of phobeo which means to respect, to be in awe of, to revere, to treat with deference, courtesy, high regard or reverential obedience.

prin-When the right man initiates love to the right woman, she responds with respect.

Never marry a man you don’t respect.

Your feelings towards him are always strong, one way or another.

The key to a great relationship of love is not love and not hate, the key is respect.

When you love him, you’ll respect him.

When you hate him, you still respect him.

When you are mad at him, you’ll still respect him.

When you’re glad about him, you’ll still respect him.

You see, the thing that will be developed in the woman’s relationship with the right man is respect.

The thing that will be developed in the man’s relationship with the woman is a love, that is aggressive and an initiating love.

Prin- beware about being sentimental about a man whom you do not respect.

a. Right woman, He built her, Gen 2:22.

b. Salvation, He did it, John 19:30.

c. Doctrine, He thought it, 1Co 2:16.

The first great decision that you make is to believe on TLJC as your Lord and Savior.

The second greatest decision you can make is your right pastor-teacher who can teach you Bible doctrine and the mind of Christ.

Then the third greatest decision is finding the right man or right woman God has designed for your life.

Because no disaster, pressure, or unfaithful act, can destroy personal love between a right man and a right woman.

Deut 32:4 “The Rock! His work is perfect, For all His ways are just; A God of faithfulness and without injustice, Righteous and upright is He.

James 1:17 Every good thing bestowed and every perfect gift is from above.

It should be no surprise that when the Lord gives you any gifts that the gift will perfectly suit you.
